Why this exists
Two minutes, honestly kept
Most days do not leave room for a long quiet time. They do leave room for 120 seconds.
One short reading a day: a verse, a few lines of reflection, and one thought to carry with you. That is the whole promise.
The name and the shape
Selah — pause here
Selah appears seventy-one times in the Psalms. Scholars read it as a musical rest: stop the song, let the line land, then go on.
Twelve themes hold ten entries apiece — 120 in all, one for each of the 120 who waited together in prayer in the Upper Room after Jesus' ascension (Acts 1:15).
How to use it
Read or listen, journal, share
Tap the circle on Today to open the entry. Read quietly, or press Listen and let Clara or Benjamin read it to you with a gentle instrumental underneath.
Write what lands in the journal. Share the day's card if it might encourage someone. The ring is a pacing guide — it never cuts you off, and missing a day resets nothing.
Selah 120 is a gift from FaithCardsCo Ministries. No subscription, no paywall, nothing to unlock. When you are ready, scroll down to begin or choose a voice.

Who made it
A Gift From FaithCardsCo
FaithCardsCo Ministries exists for one simple purpose: to help people hear God's voice more clearly than the world's.
We create simple, Scripture-centered experiences that make room to pause, reflect, and remember what God says is true.
Selah 120 is one of those experiences — and like our other digital ministry resources, it is our gift to you. No subscription. No paywall. Nothing to unlock. Just a little space to be still with God.
